About the Role

This position offers a wide range of general mechanical services on various vehicles, from routine maintenance to complex repairs. Our team is passionate about safety, quality, and customer satisfaction, making us stand out in the industry.

In this role, you will:

  • Perform a variety of general mechanical services, including brake and suspension repairs, engine diagnostics, and routine maintenance;
  • Mentor and coach apprentices, sharing your expertise and helping develop their skills in a supportive and learning-focused environment;
  • Collaborate with a highly skilled team, working on an array of vehicles, from standard passenger cars to light trucks;
  • Assist in identifying potential mechanical opportunities with the Sales team;
  • Evaluate and ensure the highest standards of safety and quality are maintained.

We are seeking a motivated individual with certification as an Automotive Service Technician Journeyperson/Journeyman (Red Seal) or Licensed Mechanic. With a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in front-end brakes, shocks, and wheel alignment, you will be skilled at inspections, diagnostics, adjustments, service, and repair on a wide variety of vehicles.

The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail with a methodical approach to problem-solving and a positive attitude. Being safety conscious is of utmost importance - always wearing required PPE and following instructed work protocols.

We offer a competitive salary of $25.00 - $35.00 per hour depending on experience. Extended group health benefits include dental, vision, prescription, massage therapy, EAP benefits, and more.
