We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Product Manager to lead our Character Visuals team in the Frostbite engine. As a key member of our product management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of runtime customization, next-gen rigging, and deformation technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize investment in customization, rigging, and deformation technologies in collaboration with EA's game teams and Frostbite's development team.
  • Produce competitive analysis on EA's technology landscape.
  • Develop the long-term strategy for Character Visuals in Frostbite, balancing investment between game team strategies, market trends, and your own team's insight.
  • Inspire Frostbite's user community and partners through communication of your strategy.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in gaming technology.
  • Expertise in at least one of: rigging, deformation, customization, character pipelines, rendering, or animation technologies.
  • Capability to produce a wide array of user requirements into a product plan for an engineering team.
  • Experience working with technical and creative partners.
  • Experience with public speaking and presentations.
  • Occasional international travel may be required.
