About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Business Partner to join our team at Medisca. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our CEO in managing daily activities, ensuring smooth communication and coordination within the executive team, and handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the flow of information coming in and out of the CEO's office.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, screening and prioritizing emails, phone calls, and other correspondence.
- Maintain and organize confidential files, documents, and records, including financial reports, strategic plans, and sensitive information.
- Handle sensitive information and always maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Prepare agendas, documents, and presentations for executive/board meetings.
- Track and reconcile the CEO's expenses, prepare expense reports, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working with an executive team or similar role supporting C-level executives.
- Strong business acumen and exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with individuals at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and company matters.
