We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to support our office operations at beBee Professionals in Boucherville.

Job Summary:

This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office, handling various administrative tasks, and maintaining a high level of organization.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), excellent communication and organizational skills, and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate office operations, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling incoming communications.
  • Organize and schedule appointments and meetings with stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, manage office documentation, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Prepare and present reports and presentations to management, using data analysis and visual aids to communicate key findings.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in managing office operations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and ability to learn new software applications quickly.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
