Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Appian Developer to contribute to our innovative projects at Tech Tammina. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design and enhancement of functionalities within the Appian environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement new functionalities while enhancing existing ones on the Appian platform.
  • Demonstrate familiarity with the Appian deployment methodology.
  • Collaborate effectively within small, agile teams that are tightly integrated and highly skilled.
  • Engineer reliability into software and systems to manage availability, latency, scalability, and efficiency of Appian.
  • Address and resolve emerging issues; develop software and automation to mitigate future occurrences.
  • Conduct testing and resolve bugs efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of Appian Certifications and knowledge of Appian Plug-ins and APIs is essential.
  • Strong understanding of BPM-based platforms.
  • Ability to engage with clients to define business processes and gather functional system requirements.
  • Proficiency in Java, XML, Ajax, JavaScript, SQL, and BPM implementation.
  • Experience with Pega, JBM, or other BPM tools is advantageous.

Experience Required: Minimum of 3 years

Educational Background: Any Graduate/Post Graduate
