Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Appian Developer to enhance our software capabilities at Tech Tammina. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative features on the Appian platform, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop new functionalities while refining existing ones on the Appian platform.
  • Understand and manage the Appian deployment lifecycle effectively.
  • Collaborate within small, agile teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Ensure the availability, scalability, and efficiency of Appian applications through robust engineering practices.
  • Proactively address and resolve technical issues, creating automated solutions to mitigate future occurrences.
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of Appian Certifications along with a solid understanding of Appian Plug-ins and APIs.
  • Familiarity with BPM-centric platforms.
  • Ability to engage with clients to outline business processes and gather functional requirements.
  • Proficient in Java, XML, Ajax, JavaScript, SQL, and BPM implementations.
  • Experience with Pega, JBM, or other BPM tools is advantageous.

Experience Required: Minimum of 3 years

Educational Background: Any Graduate/Post Graduate
