We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Quesada Burritos And Tacos. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized dining area, and ensuring a seamless food service experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide prompt and courteous service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers, maintaining a high level of quality and presentation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Restock supplies, including food, beverages, and paper products, as needed.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Safe Food Handling certificate and Smart Serve certification.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and stand for long periods.
