Linds & Associates is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Litigation Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced litigation support professional to assist our lawyers in all stages of litigation. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing senior partner calendars, coordinating meetings and conference calls, preparing correspondence and legal documents, and maintaining files and filing systems.

The ideal candidate will have a post-secondary law clerk diploma or legal assistant certificate, 3-5 years of experience in law office litigation support, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist lawyers in all stages of litigation, including Tribunal/Board hearing matters
  • Manage senior partner calendars and coordinate meetings and conference calls
  • Prepare correspondence and legal documents
  • Maintain files and filing systems
  • Coordinate and schedule Zoom calls/meetings
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary law clerk diploma or legal assistant certificate
  • 3-5 years of experience in law office litigation support
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Kofax Power PDF, Dropbox, and PC Law
