We're seeking a part-time Bakery Clerk to join our dynamic team at Innisfail Food Store. As a key member of our bakery team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, packaging and labeling bakery products, and assisting in production as directed by bakers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to our valued customers
  • Package and label bakery products for sale
  • Perform tasks such as slicing bread, frying donuts, and assisting in production as directed by bakers
  • Stock shelves and pull freezer products as needed
  • Assist in setting up products for the following day
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with the ability to work independently
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; some heavy lifting is required
  • Prior experience in a bakery setting is an asset; however, training is available
  • Applicants must be over 14 years old
