Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Litigation Associate to join our team. As a Litigation Associate, you will be responsible for managing a diverse range of civil and commercial litigation files, supporting senior lawyers in complex litigation matters, and providing exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of litigation files, including conducting research, drafting pleadings, and preparing for trials and hearings;
- Support senior lawyers in complex litigation matters, including conducting investigations, analyzing evidence, and developing litigation strategies;
- Provide exceptional client service, including communicating with clients, managing client expectations, and delivering timely and effective solutions;
- Represent clients in court, including conducting negotiations, mediations, and trials;
- Prepare and file court documents, including pleadings, motions, and appeals.
Requirements
- 4-7 years of experience in litigation, preferably in a law firm setting;
- Strong knowledge of civil and commercial litigation procedures and laws;
- Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
