Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse RN to join our team at RT Medical. As a Registered Nurse RN, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to individuals in need. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide compassionate and individualized care to patients in various settings, including in-home, clinics, and retirement homes.
  • Evaluate patient needs and develop effective care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Administer medications, perform wound care, and provide other clinical duties as required.
  • Travel within your region to provide care to patients in their homes.
  • Delegate tasks to other healthcare professionals as necessary and within your scope of practice.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree (BScN) or equivalent qualification.
  • Valid Standard First Aid and Level C CPR certification.
  • Updated immunization records, including a two-step tuberculosis test within the last 6 months.
  • Clear criminal background check and Vulnerable Sector check.
  • Valid G2/G driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
