Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Parts Clerk to join our Equipment Maintenance Team at Mammoet. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for facilitating the operations of the parts room and tool crib, ensuring accuracy of inventory, and controlling stock levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate the operations of the parts room by issuing parts/supplies to personnel, performing goods receipt of incoming shipments, and performing shipping duties.
• Facilitate the operation of the tool crib by issuing tools as required, identifying broken tools, and sending them for repairs.
• Assist Mammoet employees in identifying parts and materials.
• Ensure accuracy of inventory, control stock levels, and report discrepancies to the parts room supervisor.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid class G driver's license.
• Basic to intermediate computer skills.
• 1-2 years parts room experience.
• Experience with parts manuals and identifying components and parts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with SAP is an advantage.
• TDG is an asset.
