We are a dynamic and fast-paced food and beverage establishment seeking a skilled Restaurant Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while operating our cash registers, processing transactions, and managing stock levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate multiple cash registers in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in handling customer transactions.
  • Process payments through various methods, including credit/debit cards, cheques, and digital payment platforms.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable about our menu offerings, ingredients, and preparation methods.
  • Assist with daily opening and closing procedures, including counting tills, reconciling discrepancies, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Participate in promotional activities, such as advertising campaigns and special events, to drive sales and engage with customers.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Prior experience in retail or hospitality is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move quickly around the restaurant floor.
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of $35,000 - $48,000 per year, depending on experience, plus opportunities for career advancement and professional growth. Additionally, we provide comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, and access to employee discounts at our restaurants.
