A Competitive Salary Package

We offer a competitive base salary of $45,000-$60,000 per year, plus commissions and bonus potential. Additionally, you will receive medical, vision, and dental insurance to help you with those unexpected expenses. About the Job

We are looking for Full-Time Retail Sales Experience Associates to join our team in Halifax, NS. As a Retail Sales Experience Associate, you will be at the heart of the customer experience, providing exceptional service to every person that walks through our doors. You will engage with customers to identify their needs and wants, promote our quality products and service offerings, and ensure our stores are always visually appealing.

  • You will work together as part of the Sales team to exceed goals and expectations.
  • You will represent the Sleep Country, Endy, and Casper Canada brands with best-in-class customer experience, helping customers with their inquiries.
  • You will efficiently process sales orders via tablet or point of sale.
  • You will capture email addresses, customer insights, and product experiences to report back to the team.
What We're Looking For

We are looking for candidates who have 1-3 years of experience in Sales, Retail, and/or Customer Service. Ideally, you will have a positive, optimistic attitude and a strong customer focus. Excellent communication skills and a passion for people are essential. You must understand and appreciate experiential retail and be willing to commit to continuous education and learning.
