Job Title: Heavy Duty Cleaner

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Heavy Duty Cleaner to join our team at Bear Cleaners. As a Heavy Duty Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs
  • Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse
  • Empty trash cans and other waste containers
  • Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings
  • Perform safety and security checks
  • Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies
  • Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures
  • Work with minimal supervision
Requirements:
  • Area of work experience: Cleaning
  • Equipment: Industrial vacuum cleaners/power sweepers, carpet cleaning machine, polishing machines, waxing machine, security system, upholstery cleaning equipment
  • Work conditions and physical capabilities: Work under pressure, repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, physically demanding, bending, crouching, kneeling
  • Weight handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
