Master Flo Valve Inc. is seeking a skilled Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Edmonton, AB.

Work Conditions:

  • Monday to Friday, 8 hour days
  • Flexible work hours available after 6 months of employment

Responsibilities:

  • Providing inside sales functions for parts and OTS products
  • Reviewing customers' commercial and technical specifications
  • Supplying customers with quotations
  • Receiving purchase orders and generating sales orders
  • Acting as liaison with customers
  • Supporting regional offices with order requirements
  • Processing product returns
  • Coordinating internally to ensure best results and customer support
  • Working with the Aftermarket Services Team as required

Qualifications:

  • Technology Diploma or equivalent experience in a related field
  • 1-2 years' experience providing customer service
  • Demonstrated judgement, tact, and diplomacy in dealing with internal and external customers
  • Knowledge of Production Chokes, Specialty Control Valves, and their applications preferred
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Knowledge/ expertise in SAP or other ERP system would be an asset
  • A commitment to workplace health and safety
  • Enthusiasm, positive attitude, and ability to perform as a team player
