We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect to join our team at EXP. As a key member of our Design team, you will be responsible for leading the production of architectural technical documents, including drawing packages and interdisciplinary coordination.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and manage the implementation of architectural technical documents, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions to clients and stakeholders;
- Prepare and manage project reports, status updates, and project plans and schedules;
- Provide technical and administrative oversight to ensure projects are delivered within cost, quality, and schedule targets;
- Responsible for project setup, including contracts, accounting requirements, and schedules;
- Collaborate with architectural, engineering, and specialist resources to ensure coordinated and compliant services;
- Participate in regular project meetings and ensure stakeholders are informed on project progress;
- Assist team leadership in ensuring all required resources are assigned to the project and clearly tasked.
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a licensed Architect;
- Previous experience working on large/medium-scale projects;
- Must be a licensed Architect in New Brunswick or immediately eligible for licensure;
- BIM360, Revit, and Bluebeam experience an asset;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software;
- Strong SketchUp skills;
- Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign experience an asset;
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
