About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect to join our team at EXP. As a key member of our Design team, you will be responsible for leading the production of architectural technical documents, including drawing packages and interdisciplinary coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Plan and manage the implementation of architectural technical documents, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions to clients and stakeholders;
  2. Prepare and manage project reports, status updates, and project plans and schedules;
  3. Provide technical and administrative oversight to ensure projects are delivered within cost, quality, and schedule targets;
  4. Responsible for project setup, including contracts, accounting requirements, and schedules;
  5. Collaborate with architectural, engineering, and specialist resources to ensure coordinated and compliant services;
  6. Participate in regular project meetings and ensure stakeholders are informed on project progress;
  7. Assist team leadership in ensuring all required resources are assigned to the project and clearly tasked.
Requirements
  1. Minimum 7 years of experience as a licensed Architect;
  2. Previous experience working on large/medium-scale projects;
  3. Must be a licensed Architect in New Brunswick or immediately eligible for licensure;
  4. BIM360, Revit, and Bluebeam experience an asset;
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software;
  6. Strong SketchUp skills;
  7. Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign experience an asset;
  8. Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
