About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Designer to join our Retail team. As a key member of our IT organization, you will be responsible for designing and developing IT architecture for internal and external clients.

The ideal candidate will have a broad and deep technical knowledge and experience across varying infrastructure requirements, development, design, and re-engineering. They will serve as a technical expert on solutions design and analyze the functionality and constraints of recommended solutions/changes across multiple systems/platforms/applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop IT architecture for internal and external clients
  • Provide technical direction to less experienced team members
  • Work in enterprise architecture/solution design in a diverse IT environment
  • Create design documents for solutions
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies and Cloud
  • Good understanding of architecting commercial off the Shelf (COTS)
  • Strong knowledge of the web application architecture, trends and emerging technologies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal
  • Strong critical thinking skills
Desirable Qualifications
  • Microsoft Certified & Azure Solutions Architect
  • TOGAF – The Open Group certified
