Pacific Towing and Recovery is seeking a skilled and experienced Tow Truck Driver to join our team. As a Tow Truck Driver, you will be responsible for providing emergency roadside assistance and towing services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Emergency Roadside Assistance: Respond to emergency calls and provide assistance to stranded motorists, including changing tires, jump-starting vehicles, and towing vehicles to a safe location.
- Towing and Recovery: Operate a tow truck to safely and efficiently transport vehicles to a repair shop or other designated location.
- Vehicle Inspection: Conduct regular inspections of the tow truck and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients, including communicating with them to understand their needs and providing updates on the status of their vehicle.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: Experience as a tow truck driver or in a related field is an asset
- Licenses and Certifications: AZ class license
- Physical Demands: Physically demanding, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods
- Work Environment: Overtime required, including working at night and on weekends
