About the Role

Pacific Towing and Recovery is seeking a skilled Tow Truck Driver to join our team. As a Tow Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting vehicles to designated locations, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach colleagues on new methods or work techniques to ensure a high level of service delivery.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
  • Oversee the condition of the vehicle, inspecting tires, lights, brakes, cold storage, and other equipment to ensure safe operation.
  • Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections to ensure all aspects of the vehicle are in good working order.
  • Assist first-aid responders in emergencies, providing medical, safety, or humanitarian aid as needed.
  • Hold a valid AZ class license and a valid driver's license.
  • Be willing to travel overnight and work overtime as required.
Requirements
  • Experience as a Tow Truck Driver or in a related field is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including overtime, as required.
