Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per yearThis compensation package reflects the level of experience and qualifications required for this role. Your annual salary will be determined based on your qualifications and performance.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patients to identify appropriate nursing interventions and develop personalized care plans
- Collaborate with members of an interdisciplinary health team to plan, implement, coordinate, and evaluate patient care
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician or according to established policies and protocols
- Monitor, assess, address, document, and report symptoms and changes in patients' conditions
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from an accredited program
- A valid Registered Nurse (RN) license with the College of Nurses Association of Saskatchewan (CRNS)
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience, including work in community health nursing
- ACLS certification and ability to work at various clinics depending on region
