About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Mitigation Technician to join our team at Paul Davis. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in restoring properties affected by disasters such as floods, fires, and other catastrophic events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform high-level water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement, and carpet cleaning/reinstallation services according to Paul Davis and industry specifications.
  • Focus on delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean, properly stocked, and organized truck and all company equipment.
  • Be available by phone and participate in the on-call schedule as needed.
  • Assist with warehousing and facility-related tasks when necessary.
