Job Title: Property Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Administrator to join our team at Comfort Property Management. As a Property Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our properties, including managing leases, coordinating maintenance, and preparing reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate and approve rental or lease agreements on behalf of property owners
  • Ensure terms of lease agreements are met and maintained
  • Prepare and administer contracts for property services, such as maintenance and repairs
  • Coordinate implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovations
  • Monitor progress and cost of work for property owners
  • Compile and maintain records on operating expenses and income
  • Prepare expense and income reports
  • Ensure timely response to trouble calls from clients or tenants
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 2 years of experience in property management or a related field
  • Membership in the Provincial Association of Condominiums
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Accounting software experience
