About the Role

GTA Urban Development Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Construction Site Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities on our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train a team of 3-4 people to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed on site, and that all necessary precautions are taken to prevent accidents.
  • Materials Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Reporting: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence as required.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Organized, reliable, team player, client focus, and good judgement.
