Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team at AutoTrader. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial close process. This includes preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement notes, as well as coordinating with external auditors and tax accountants.

Main Responsibilities
Prepare month-end journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations, with a focus on higher-risk areas.
Provide month-end analysis, including budget-to-actuals, month-over-month, and other analysis as required.
Coordinate the quarterly and year-end close process with external auditors and tax accountants.
Prepare supporting schedules and working papers to meet audit requirements.
Consult and liaise with other departments and team members on tax and audit requests.

Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in finance and accounting.
Experience with ERP systems, such as R or Great Plains.
Strong proficiency in Excel.
Accounting designation or near completion (CPA).
Post-secondary education, such as a university degree or college diploma in accounting.
