Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team at AutoTrader. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for leading the monthly, quarterly, and yearly close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, analysis, financial statement notes, and audit/tax schedules.

Main Responsibilities
Prepare month-end journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations, focusing on higher-risk areas.
Provide month-end analysis, including budget to actuals, month-over-month, and other analysis as required.
Coordinate the quarterly and year-end close process with external auditors and tax accountants.
Prepare supporting schedules and working papers to meet audit requirements.
Consult and liaise with other departments and team members on tax and audit requests.
Responsible for coordinating and compiling necessary information for the annual corporate tax return.

Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting.
Experience with ERP systems (R), Great Plains (A).
Strong proficiency in Excel (R).
Accounting designation or near completion (CPA) (R).
Post-secondary education; university degree or college diploma in accounting (R).
