Cybersecurity Project Manager

About the Role
Cybersecurity Project Manager will work with the Information Security team and other stakeholders to complete cybersecurity projects for Jonas Software. This includes defining the scope of a project, creating, and managing the project plan, identifying key stakeholders, ensuring all work is compliant with the relevant security standards, and completing the project within the deadline.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, design, manage, and carry out project plans to assure delivery and ensure project plans fulfill their objectives
- Clearly defining project scope, costs, success criteria, dependencies, assumptions, and constraints with stakeholders
- Defining priorities and requirements and managing the project through planning, design, build, testing, and service transition phases
- Ensuring the agreed objectives and success criteria are delivered on time and within budget
- Identifies and facilitates the resolution of any issues that may arise
- Lead the generation of Cybersecurity reporting including KRIs, KPIs and other dashboards
- Perform other duties as assigned by the CISO
Requirements
- At least 5+ years' experience in project management as a practitioner and with at least 2+ years' experience with Information Security initiatives
- Experience working in cloud environment
- Proficient at creating a schedule using MS Project (nice to have but not required) or similar tool
- Prepare and present project status reports, proposals, and other documentation as required
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and other records
