About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Coiler, Hot-Wound Springs Specialist to join our team at Dendoff Springs Ltd. in a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain automatic and multi-purpose machines to produce high-quality metal parts and products.
  • Read and interpret blueprints to determine work requirements and ensure accurate production.
  • Clean, polish, file, and finish products to meet quality standards.
  • Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet specifications.
  • Clean and maintain work areas, machinery, and equipment.
  • Set up and operate conventional and computer-controlled machine tools.
  • Fabricate and assemble components using hand and power tools.
  • Clean and lubricate machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with exposure to noise, dust, and heat.

Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent manual dexterity, attention to detail, and hand-eye coordination.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads.
  • Dependability, excellent oral communication, and organizational skills.
