**Responsibilities:**
- Deliver office supplies on assigned routes to Staples customer accounts.
- Provide exceptional delivery service to customers and accept product returns as required.
- Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and signatures are obtained.
- Address and resolve customer feedback and inform the supervisor of outstanding issues.
- Engage in safe work practices and maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle.

**Requirements:**
- Must be at least 21 years of age.

- Good knowledge of the metro area and ability to navigate with a map and use mobile Proof-of-Delivery devices.
- Proficient in customer service, verbal and written communication, problem solving, time management, and organization.
