About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and physically fit Landscape Worker to join our team at Classic Landscapes Limited. As a key member of our landscaping crew, you will be responsible for assisting with landscape constructions, weeding, pruning, and trimming trees and plants, cutting grass, raking and collecting refuse, and performing other outdoor maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with landscape constructions, including laying sod or seed, planting bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees, and applying fertilizers.
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment, such as mowers, trimmers, and rakes.
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens, ensuring they receive the necessary care and attention.
  • Remove litter and garbage, and cart and spread topsoil and other materials as needed.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure, and be able to perform repetitive tasks.
  • Be physically demanding, with regular walking, bending, crouching, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
Requirements
  • Dependability, flexibility, and a strong work ethic are essential for this role.
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail are also required, as well as the ability to work in a team environment.
  • Will train is provided for the right candidate.
  • Bonus opportunities are available for meeting performance targets.
Work Environment

As a Landscape Worker with Classic Landscapes Limited, you will work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, often in dusty environments. Public transportation is not available, so a reliable vehicle is not required. However, a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and perform physically demanding tasks is essential.
