About the Role

Mentimeter North America Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting sales to existing clients, identifying and soliciting potential clients, and assessing client needs to recommend the appropriate goods or services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote Sales to Existing Clients
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to identify new business opportunities and increase sales revenue.
  • Identify and Solicit Potential Clients
    • Research and identify potential clients through various channels, including industry events, online research, and referrals.
    • Develop and execute a sales strategy to target and engage with potential clients.
  • Assess Client Needs
    • Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and requirements.
    • Develop and present customized solutions to meet client needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Develop Reports and Proposals
    • Develop comprehensive reports and proposals to illustrate the benefits of our goods or services to clients.
  • Deliver Sales Presentations
    • Develop and deliver engaging sales presentations to clients to showcase our products or services.
  • Conduct Sales Transactions
    • Manage sales transactions from start to finish, including negotiating contracts and closing deals.
  • Prepare and Administer Sales Contracts
    • Develop and administer sales contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Use Sales Forecasting Software
    • Utilize sales forecasting software to track sales performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Provide Ongoing Support
    • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, including ongoing support and maintenance to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or sales.
  • Experience
    • 5 years or more of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Skills
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
    • Proficiency in sales forecasting software and other relevant tools.
