Job Title: Material Handler

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Material Handler to join our team at SMARTSTONE CONSTRUCTION LTD.

Job Summary:

The Material Handler will be responsible for loading, unloading, and moving products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs), and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Loading and unloading products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment
  • Operating a variety of equipment to load, unload, and move materials and products
  • Weighing materials and goods
  • Wrapping goods
  • Packing and unpacking goods
  • Sorting, crating, and stacking goods
  • Installing, lashing, and securing goods
  • Organizing and maintaining inventory
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic security clearance
Work Environment:

The Material Handler will work in a warehouse environment with a fast-paced and physically demanding workload. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team.
