Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Assistant Store Manager to join our management team at our Cambridge location. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing store operations, and leading a team of sales associates.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a consistently superior buying experience for customers
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
- Lead and develop a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and promotions to drive business growth
