Fed Finance is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining customer accounts, sending invoices and statements, and collecting payments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate customer accounts
  • Prepare and send timely invoices and statements
  • Process payments and reconcile accounts
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in accounting or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in accounting software and systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
