Job Title: Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Turtle Club Daycare Inc. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging environment for our young learners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that support the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Assist early childhood educators in carrying out programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Encourage children to express creativity through various media, such as art, dramatic play, music, and physical activity.
  • Observe children for signs of potential learning or behavioral problems and prepare reports for parents or guardians.
  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with co-workers and community service providers working with children.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Basic security clearance.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and reliability.
