Branch Ambassador Opportunity

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Branch Ambassador. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in creating member loyalty and providing exceptional member service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized service to members, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist members with routine transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries.
  • Direct members to an Advisor who can offer needs-based advice to enhance their financial well-being.
  • Support lending and investment personnel with administrative tasks.
  • Educate members about our new branch design and banking services.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent customer service, organizational, and sales skills.
  • Customer service or banking experience is an asset.
