Job Title: Restaurant Chain Corporate Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Controller to join our team at Red Tomato Pies Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial and operational aspects of our restaurant chain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word
