About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Seasonal Team Member to join our team at Saje Natural Wellness in Richmond Centre. As a Seasonal Team Member, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming and inclusive shopping environment for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and tidying up displays
  • Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining store displays to ensure a visually appealing and engaging shopping experience
  • Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and promoting Saje Natural Wellness products
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and skills
Requirements
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
