Job Summary

We are seeking a Seasonal Team Member to join our team at Richmond Centre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to a positive in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and share our products with customers to spread wellness
  • Contribute to achieving business results and key performance indicators (KPIs) including revenue growth, conversion rates, and loyalty program growth
  • Develop and share product knowledge with the team to make informed recommendations to customers
  • Maintain store presentation standards to elevate the in-store experience
  • Collaborate with the team to inspire and uplift each other, embodying our core values of Wellness, Growth, Celebration, Greatness, and Belonging
  • Contribute to a team environment where all team members feel a sense of belonging and inclusion
Requirements
  • Availability to work during our holiday period (November 15th to January 15th) and on select dates
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and sharing our products with customers
  • Retail experience and a drive to exceed results and celebrate successes
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and embody our core values
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
