About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Manager to join our team at A&W. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of quality in all aspects of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best possible deals.
  • Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Leadership and Development: Lead and instruct individuals to develop their skills and knowledge, and address customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Operational Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that we meet our business objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
