About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Production Manager to join our team at Punjabi by Nature - Airport Rd. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of high-quality baked goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recipe Development: Create and implement new recipes for our bakery products, ensuring they meet our high standards of taste and quality.
  • Production Planning: Plan and coordinate the production schedule to meet customer demand, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that all products meet our quality standards.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train a team of bakers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to produce high-quality products.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week
