As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bakery, ensuring the highest quality products are produced while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Production Planning: Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand, ensuring timely delivery of products.
- Team Management: Supervise and train a team of pastry chefs and production staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet our high standards, identifying and addressing any issues promptly.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of ingredients and supplies, ensuring accurate inventory levels and minimizing waste.
- Health and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations and protocols.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a bakery or food production environment.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and ability to lift up to 25 kg.
