About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team at CREATIVE HAWKS MARKETING INC. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our brand and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Spokesperson and Brand Ambassador
    • Act as the primary point of contact for media inquiries and represent the company in a professional manner.
  • Marketing Strategy and Planning
    • Advise clients on advertising and sales promotion strategies to achieve business objectives.
    • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Content Creation and Management
    • Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, including brochures, reports, and newsletters.
    • Research and gather information to create engaging content for various marketing channels.
  • Public Relations and Media Outreach
    • Initiate and maintain contact with media outlets to secure press coverage and feature stories.
    • Coordinate special publicity events and promotions to generate buzz and excitement around our brand.
  • Research and Analysis
    • Conduct public opinion and attitude surveys to inform marketing strategies and improve brand perception.
    • Research and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
    • Prepare and present reports to stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College/CEGEP degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • At least 7 months of experience in a marketing or communications role.
    • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Language
    • Fluency in English (langue de travail).
  • Work Environment
    • 40 hours per week.
