We are seeking an experienced Auto Body Collision Technician to lead our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in collision repair and possess excellent technical skills, including mig-welding expertise. A strong passion for cars, positive attitude, and ability to multitask are essential qualities for success in this role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Inspecting damaged vehicles and developing effective repair plans
  • Coordinating repairs with the team and ensuring all necessary work is completed
  • Repairing or replacing damaged body panels and components, including plastic, steel, and aluminum
  • Ensuring that all repairs meet OEM specifications and safety standards
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety protocols
