About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cashier to join our team at Red Deer Halal Meat & Grocery Shop Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Transactions: Accurately handle cash, credit, and debit card payments, as well as process returns and exchanges.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Store: Restock shelves, clean the counter area, and ensure the store is well-presented at all times.
  • Assist with Inventory Management: Help to receive and stock merchandise, as well as maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Support Store Operations: Participate in visual merchandising, maintain store displays, and assist with other tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn the skills required for the role.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Availability: Availability to work 35 hours per week.
