Concrete Finisher

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team at ONESTOP VENTURES INC. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality finish on concrete surfaces.
Key Responsibilities:- Check formwork, granular base, and steel reinforcement materials to ensure they meet specifications.
- Direct the placement of concrete into forms or onto surfaces according to grade.
- Fill hollows and remove spots on freshly poured cement to achieve a smooth finish.
- Prepare tenders and quotations for concrete work.
- Level top surface concrete according to grade and depth specification.
- Work at heights, on scaffolding or swing stages, to complete tasks safely and efficiently.
- Impart desired finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools.
- Install anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills, and other fixtures as required.
- Apply hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces.
- Estimate costs and materials for concrete projects.
- Operate CADD and other computer software systems to design and plan concrete work.
- Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in concrete finishing.
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
