Oxford Learning Centres Inc. is seeking a dynamic Part-Time Education Coordinator to support the operations of our centre.

About the Role

This part-time position involves working in-person with students, staff, and teachers to help students achieve academic success. As an Education Coordinator, you will participate in various aspects of the centre's operations, including scheduling, assessment administration, and community outreach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist inquiring parents with information about Oxford Learning programs
  • Organize student, staff, and teacher schedules
  • Administer assessments and establish individualized learning plans
  • Liaise with community members (schools, sports teams, local businesses)
  • Maintain communication with parents and meet to discuss student progress
  • Ensure adherence to Oxford Learning philosophy

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as experience working in educational or business environments. A university degree, preferably in Social Sciences, Languages, Math, or Business, is required.
