Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Time Education Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our establishment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Procedures: Implement new administrative procedures, review and evaluate existing ones, and ensure they are followed by office staff.
  • Work Priorities and Deadlines: Establish work priorities, ensure procedures are followed, and meet deadlines.
  • Record Management: Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in accordance with government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Office Services: Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Reporting and Communication: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Staff Development: Train staff and oversee office administrative procedures.
  • Evaluation and Planning: Monitor and evaluate office operations, plan, and control budget and expenditures.
Support for Newcomers and Refugees:
  • We offer mentorship programs that pair newcomers and/or refugees with experienced employees.
Support for Youths:
  • We offer on-the-job training tailored to youth.
Support for Indigenous People:
  • We offer mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for Indigenous workers.

Work Term: Permanent
