We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Harvard Variety Store. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, restocking shelves and ensuring that merchandise is displayed attractively.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail environment.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
