Job Summary: We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Harvard Variety Store. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting sales efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer areas
  • Support sales efforts by restocking shelves, processing transactions, and answering customer questions
  • Work effectively in a team environment to achieve sales goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of retail experience
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail
  • Accurate and reliable with excellent communication skills

Work Environment:

  • Work setting: Supermarket/grocery store
  • Transportation/travel information: Public transportation is available
